Throughout the year, there are many opportunities to help the Warrior Band thrive! Our volunteers try to keep this page up to date with items the band needs, short term volunteer needs, and longer term volunteer roles. Come back often, as keeping our students doing what they love takes all of us.

Festival of Bands- 10.3.26
short & long shifts available

This is not just our biggest fundraiser, it is a chance to connect with bands from around the region and show them what Sioux Falls is all about! Volunteers get to watch the FOB performances for free. Link coming soon!!!

2026 Marching Band Chaperone- Multiple dates & Times Available

Help keep everyone safe and happy while they make great music. Sign up to help at a football game or join us on a longer trip. Either way, the Warrior Band is fun guaranteed!

2026 Pit Crew for Band Props- Join the Group Me Conversation to Find Out When Help is Needed

Get ready for fun and laughter while setting up and moving props and equipment between trailers and performance areas. It isn't all heavy lifting and many hands make light work.

Donations for Donuts

Band kids like donuts and we like band kids, so this is a link for the community to donate a little cash so the students can have donuts on one of their early morning trips.

Marching Band Needs

Band-aids, applesauce, socks, safety pins, and more. Check the list and toss a little something for the band in the cart on your next grocery run. It is amazing how something so simple can make a student smile.

Marching Munchies

New this year! Help provide a meal for the students. Join a team to assemble bag lunches for students to eat on competition and performance days.
